 My e-friend

Teaching aims and learning objectives  教学目标

1. 能听懂、会读、会说单词: e-friend, send, to, email, live, study, China, UK,…years old, wait.

2.能听懂、会读、会说日常用语:Does he/she…? Yes, he/she does. No, he/she doesn’t. Wait a minute.

3. 能正确的理解并朗读课文,在教师的引导和帮助下尝试复述课文内容。

4.能初步运用本课所学的词汇和句型对自己的朋友或者网友进行综合全面的介绍。

教学重点:能正确理解并朗读课文,在教师的帮助下尝试复述课文。

教学难点:能初步运用本课所学的词汇和句型对自己的朋友或者网友进行综合全面的介绍。

Teaching procedures  教学过程

Step 1 Greeting & Warm-up

1.      Greet the class.

T: Good afternoon boys and girls. Nice to see you. Today, I’m your new English teacher, do you want to know something about me?

Ss: Yes.

T: Well, I sent some emails to your group leader, you can ask them some questions about me.

【设计意图:由学生自由问答,讨论新老师的个人信息,利用他们的好奇心来调动他们学习的积极性。

Step 2 Before reading

1.      Talk about the picture

T: I like drawing,(在白板上画一台电脑,并配以频幕上王兵和刘涛的图片)

I usually draw with my friends, they are…(让学生说出王兵和刘涛)

T: Where are they now?(让学生猜一猜他们在哪里 at home, at school, in the computer room)

S:…

T: What else can you say about the picture?

S:Wang Bing can play computer, Liu Tao likes playing football…

【设计意图:看一看,说一说,由书本上的一幅图直接切入文本的学习,做好铺垫准备工作。】

 

2.Watch and answer

T: What are they talking about?

S: They are talking about Wang Bing’s e-friend.(揭题: Unit6  My e-friend)

T:Can you find more words withe?

S: E-book, e-bike…

【设计意图:抛出问题,让学生带着问题来看动画,更具目的性,并让学生说出字母e开头的单词,让学生学会自己搜索,并在此过程中,体会到e所代表的意思。】

 

3.Read and underline

T: About Peter, do you have any questions about him?

S: Yes.

T: I have some questions too, I want you to read them.

 Group One(分组提出问题)

Where does he live? How old is he? What subjects does he like? What does he do after school?

What does he like doing?

T: Please read your books and find the answers.

Teach: UK,…years old, live, study.

【设计意图:注重培养学生的自学能力,让学生自己找出问题的答案,并到前面来画出答案。】

 

4.Read and learn

动词的第三人称单数形式: live-lives, like-likes, study-studies

学习构成规则

【设计意图:利用文章里面的动词的三单,从而总结出动词三单的构成方式,注重随文学习,更能增加学生的印象。】

5.  Practice

T: Let’s play.

 Read the sentences and judge whether the sentences about Peter are right. If it is right, say “Yes, yes, yes”. If it is wrong, say “No, no, no.”

【设计意图:利用游戏,帮助学生进一步理解文章的内容。】

 

Step 3. Post reading

Listen and follow.

Read in groups.

Say “My e-friends”

 One group choose one person to say.

 

 

 

Step 5. Homework

1.       Read the dialogue 3 times and act with your partner.

2.       Write a short introduction about yourself.

3.       Surf the Internet, know more about the UK.
